Creating a Community.  Building a space for and of learning.  Sharing the joy we found.  Sharing the joy we grow.  We have developed an on-farm-learning series for these reasons...all classes are in "beta-testing" this year so there is a suggested donation but no fee.  Please RSVP by the Monday before the class unless otherwise noted.

Pick one of the above sessions, and come to the Micro Farm and spend a night learning how to make some popular Indian dishes.  Menu will include:  Daal, Tandoori Chicken, Rice, Aloo Gobi, Dahi Chutney and Mint Chutney.  Enjoy the feast at the end of the night!  You will leave with printed recipes, a full belly, and a spice kit to make your own tandoori chicken.  


$45 per person (class is limited to 6 participants, minimum attendance: 3)
